Main Purpose of the Job:

To manage the front reception at Vista Capital. To ensure that callers and visitors to Vista Capital are received in the appropriate manner and provide full reception and administrative support to visitors and guests.

The candidates must possess effective communication (both written and verbal), presentable, hardworking, people friendly and able to work on their own.

This candidate must be willing to go the extra mile with heaps of initiative and motivation.

Duties & Responsibilities

– Providing caller help and advice where appropriate.
– Meeting and greeting visitors.
– Transferring calls to appropriate personnel or taking messages and emailing immediately.
– Assisting the Services Supervisor with any administrative tasks when required.
– Assisting with any ad-hoc projects when needed including events.
– Update Reception handbook and telephone lists as and when necessary.


Financial / Management Account

Knowledge and Experience

– Experience of working within an accounts team ideally within the software or finance industry
– Experience with balance sheet reviews, reconciliation and intercompany transactions
– Experience of working with accounting systems, ideally Navision and Sage
– Able to work to intermediate level in Excel (eg. pivot tables, lookups)
– Fluent in English with strong communication skills both verbal and written
– Excellent analytical skills
– Strong team player
– Methodical, hardworking, enthusiastic with the ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines
