Hon. Felix Perera was a Sri Lankan politician, was a member of the Parliament of Sri Lanka and was a government minister. He was the Deputy Minister of Power & Energy from the year 2000 – 2001. From the year 2004 – 2007 he held the position as the Minister of Transport. From 2007 – 2010 Hon. Felix Perera was appointed as the Minister of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources. Afterwards, was appointed in the position of Minister of Social Services from the year 2010 – 2015.
